Charity Skydive in aid of Winston's Wish
Winston’s Wish was the UK’s first childhood bereavement charity. The charity have been supporting bereaved children since 1992 and they continue to lead the way in providing specialist child bereavement support services across the UK. The death of a parent or sibling is one of the most traumatic situations a child can face, but with the right support at the right time children can lead full and flourishing lives.
The charity's support includes in-depth therapeutic support in individual and group settings. They provide training for professionals including teachers, doctors and social workers and provide specialist publications for families to read at home.
They also have a national freephone Helpline where our experienced team offer nationwide support to those supporting bereaved children by phone, email and online chat.
Their work has helped to ensure that grief does not destroy a child’s future. Your support will help them to continue their work and together you can make a difference to the bereaved children that need their support.
