Indoor Skydiving Info Pack - this download gives you all the
information you need to book your indoor skydiving experience.
Weight Restrictions – this page gives details of the weight limits
for each course at each centre. They do vary, so please check the weight limits
at your chosen centre before booking your course.
On the day of your skydive you
to need to bring with you all of the relevant forms ensuring that they have been
signed correctly. Please ensure that all sides of the forms are printed. If you
have problems printing any of these forms, please call us on 01869 278706 and
we will send them to you by post.
Declaration of Fitness Forms:
The fitness self declaration
forms can be signed by yourself if under the age of 40 years. If under the age
of 18 years, the witness must be your parent or guardian. If you are aged 40
years or over, this form will need to be signed by your doctor. Also read the
list of medical conditions carefully to check whether you need a doctors
certificate (regardless of age).
BPA Membership Form – if you are under the age of 18 years this
form needs to be signed by your parent or guardian if you are participating in a
Tandem, Static Line or AFF jump.
Booking Forms
If you wish to book your
skydive course or indoor skydiving experience offline, you may download the
booking forms below and either send to us (see address on
contact us page) ensuring that you mark the envelope with the words “Booking
Form” or fax to us on 0845 862 0859.
